Role: Head of Technology
Reporting to: CTO
Location: Office in Central London (hybrid working)
Number of direct reports: 4-6

They have circa 200 employees and over 3,000 clients across the globe (they have presence in over 50 countries), generating over £190 billion per month. Awarded top 1% Workplace Awards!
About the role:
They are a tech-driven business, so this is a critical role they're hiring for. You'll have ownership for their entire technology function (inc data, engineering, DevOps and infrastructure), looking at improving day-to-day operations and driving the technical roadmap. To achieve this, you'll work closely with stakeholders, the CTO, and the other "Heads of" to hit the overall strategic goals for the company.
About you:
You'll come from a deeply technical background, either engineering or architecture (this is a hands-off position). Industry experience is key for this role, as we need someone who understands financial services terminologies well (capital markets, asset management, funds etc). You will have previous experience leading multiple engineering teams and a multi-million technology budget, evaluating the cost-effectiveness of introducing new technologies to a team.
