Head of Platform

Leader, Chief, Commander, Governor, Ninja OR Captain? Well maybe not the last few but definitely Leader, that's what we are looking for! A hands-on Engineer who can lead and support a skilled team of 4. Ticking your boxes so far? Well a little more about the role You will be a highly skilled Platform/DevOps Engineer who is eager to mentor skilled engineers. A long with your knowledge you will bring a can do attitude, challenging the norm and bring new insights. Daily you will be responsible for the architecture and maintenance of the on prem platforms.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Extensive experience and knowledge using Unix
• Experience using Python, Ansible and Terraform
• Knowledge of Linux and automated deployment is essential
• Ability to communicate across the business both technical and non technical
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is ideal

This role is for an Engineer at the top of their field. You will be called upon by your team to provide support and on occasion, out of hours too. In return you will receive a salary up to GBP120,000 + a substantial bonus and training budget to name a few!
