6 month Contract to Hire OCM Lead - Change Management
End Salary $150k plus 15% to 20% bonus
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Selling Point: You will need to come to the office on occasion. This is all about OCM operational change management between stakeholders and employee's projext and program managers. Must be able to do operational tasks activity management training (not just a strategist) must be Prosci certified any IT knowledge is a big plus all about operational change within the people in the organization business transformation digital integration of projects
