One of our long standing clients is actively recruiting for an experienced Project Director with a history in the Hotel industry. Post-pandemic we have seen a resurgence in the Hospitality and leisure sectors and as a result, there is significant demand for candidates with experience in the 4* & 5* markets.
This opportunity is for a particular 5* new-build hotel scheme which is situated within a large-scale redevelopment programme that involves both commercial, retail and residential works.
Having broken ground, this project would suit a delivery-focused project lead who enjoys managing contractors, is comfortable with contract administration and is competent at time management. This is a 5* Hotel and the specification and design are bespoke.
On top of this scheme, there are a number of opportunities to help grow and shape a hotel delivery team into the wider business. This is as a result of repeat work winning and a proven track record as a business within this market.
It is essential that candidates have carried out the roles of Contract Administrator / Employers Agent and are familiar with and have delivered Hotel projects of either a 4*/5* grade.
On offer is a salary up to £105,000 plus an extensive benefits package and clear progression routes to Director level for those wanting to have a greater responsibility in the business.
Should this role sound of interest, please do get in touch either via email - (url removed), call (phone number removed) or alternatively please submit an application directly to this advert.
If you are looking for a different role and would like to discuss your future options then please get in touch.
To view more roles within; construction, real estate, engineering, architecture or renewables, please visit our website: (url removed), contact one of our specialist consultants and follow our LinkedIn page for regular industry updates.
We appreciate every application, however, due to a high volume of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
