Global manufacturer that creates life changing technologies, looking to recruit a brand new role - Manufacturing Scheduling Manufacturer. My Oxfordshire based client are a growing organisation and operate within a high volume regulated manufacturing environment with 24/7 production.

Description

  • As Manufacturing Scheduling Manager you will be responsible for the direction and leadership of the scheduling team, you will drive towards best practice integration between departments and the manufacturing plan, working closely with key stakeholders in Operations, Global Supply, and Finance.
  • Support the monthly Integrated Business Planning process, proposing S&OP scenarios that meet the demand requirements.
  • Work closely with the R&D and NPI teams to ensure the smooth transition of new products into standard manufacturing planning processes.
  • Provide strength and integrity to our planning processes, whilst advocating and educating those who interact with the process from end to end.
  • Lead and develop the team, and be ultimately accountable for the team's performance and development, coaching through change and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Profile

  • Familiarity of S&OP/IBP, with preference given to those who have worked in a regulated environment
  • Breadth of experience in Manufacturing and Supply Planning processes within a manufacturing environment
  • Natural team leader with proven experience of leading through change
  • Demonstrate a track record of accomplishing your objectives, working proactively, and managing your own time effectively
  • Using data to drive decisions with the ability to translate the information across the teams
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing scheduling manager or production planning/production scheduling teams (3 plus)
