GBP75,000 - GBP90,000

A leading Online Booking platform are looking for a Head of CRM to join their growing digital function. The company have invested huge amounts of money into their transformation and CRM will play a key role in the growth.

This is a super exciting opportunity to lead an existing team of 3 with further budget to grow the team.

The company are going through a really exciting time in terms of CRM, historically they have been very email heavy, so now is the time to invest in a senior CRM leader to join the business and drive the strategy to be a more customer centric, multi-channel, digitally focussed business.

They are looking for someone who has both technical and operational CRM experience, ideally from an eCommerce background, who is comfortable managing a small team.

The company are also happy to consider candidates who are looking for a step up into their first Head of role!

Responsibilities

  • Report into the Marketing Director and be the strategic lead for CRM & Loyalty across the business
  • Manage a team of 3 with the view of growing this further
  • Deliver a contact strategy that achieves high rates of customer engagement, and generates revenue, sales and loyalty
  • Adopt a robust test and learn approach to CRM, ensuring that all learnings are captured and applied to future campaigns
  • Work across multiple markets, setting CRM strategy and driving change
  • Work on the CRM tech stack and work with the Product/Tech teams to enhance it
  • Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focussed objectives
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
  • Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)

Requirements

  • Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
  • Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
  • Technical and operational CRM experience
  • Ideally coming from an E-commerce/tech background
  • Team management experience
  • Analytically minded
