Elevation Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with a leading Technology Organisation, in their hunt for a commercially minded, hunter and customer advocate Head of Sales for the next stage of their growth journey.

Reporting into the board, you will lead a team of internal, pre sales, sales demo's and external sales professionals to drive revenue and market penetration.

Key parts of the Head of Sales include:

* Lead an existing sales team and grow the team further in Sheffield
* Develop, manage and implement sales strategies including direct sales, cross-sales and up-sales to generate new ARR
* Explore new sales channels in the UK and overseas
* Grow the market share through driving varied and appropriate sales approaches for the range of products and services
* Understand the SaaS Technology landscape and monitor and respond appropriately to external trends
* Reporting on strategic direction of accounts, drive reporting processes and perform analysis

Skills and Experience we require include:

* Experience as a Head of Sales within a fast paced, high volume low value sales environment
* Strong track record of performance improvement, implementing relevant sales KPIs and incentives to drive the sales funnel
* Has successfully developed channel strategy as a way of scaling an organisation, whether domestically or internationally
* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive level
* Demonstrable experience of operating in a Head of sales role ideally within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Recruitment sector
* Must have proven team management/leadership skills and experience
