Communicate have recently partnered with a London-based, privately held Media organisation to place their Group FP&A Director, following an internal promotion.

The company has seen some vast organic growth over the last few years, but moving forward their growth plans are aimed more within the acquisitive space. They’re a global, well-known brand that are looking for top class talent to come on board.

The role itself goes beyond the corporate aspects of FP&A and has a much broader remit. You will be getting involved in business partnering, commercial finance and financial modelling and working closely with the Group CEO as well as the CFO to build out a first class function.

We are looking for an experienced Head/Director of FP&A, who comes from a background in large, global businesses, and possesses the gravitas to hit the ground running and manage a sizeable team.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • ACA (ideally Big 4)/CIMA qualified with extensive PQE
  • Background spent in global Media
  • An experienced FP&A lead, ideally having had exposure to the more commercial aspects of the business
  • Exposure to high growth businesses (previous experience of dealing with acquisitions will be highly desirable)
