Finance Director

Forensic Analytics (FA) are digital forensic experts, they combine innovative analytics software with vast sector expertise to assist government agencies and law enforcement. Their tactical and strategic software solutions allow users to analyse complex, diverse data sets efficiently and create reports to an evidential standard. They are the approved suppliers to 95% of UK police forces, the Police Digital service and many other UK government agencies. Forensic Analytics has in the last twelve months also established an international presence with exciting opportunities to export it’s software, services and expertise. 

This Finance Director role is a very attractive opportunity for an established or up-and-coming finance leader to join a strong board and lead a financial strategy that meets the growth, M&A and exit objectives. Your brief will be:

• Leading a small but developing finance function - ensuring that all management, statutory and investor reporting is delivered accurately and on time.
• Working with the board to lead the growth strategy, which includes global expansion and developing new revenue streams
• Managing all corporate relationships
• Working capital management

We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following criteria.

• A qualified accountant
• Proven track record in the SaaS sector
• Start-up experience and a growth mindset
• Strong leadership
• Commercial acumen and strategic outlook
