Our client is a developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for a Project Director to oversee a regeneration scheme in Ealing.
The project consists of 610 residential units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value £150m.
The position will report into the Operations Director.
Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in managed mixed use residential developments in excess of £150m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and well as delivery.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £120k - £130k + full package & bonus
