Are you a Head of Housing & Development for a new opportunity? I'm working with Rotherham Council (Hybrid Working)
Rate - £479 to £600 per day - Negotiable dependent upon experience - Inside ir35
12+ Month Ongoing Contract
Your Role;
* This role also has lead responsibility for the delivery of the Council's housing development programme and supporting the wider delivery of housing growth in the Borough, including shaping affordable housing policy and provision, to meet current and projected future housing need. Such activity includes optimising the use of the Council's land and property assets and external funding streams, developing innovative partnership working within the public, private and voluntary sector and in doing so, shaping the quality and diversity of the Borough's housing offer. In addition to these duties, the postholder also has responsibility for areas of service delivery including the Council's Right to Buy functions, Council leaseholder services and strategic private sector housing initiatives.
