A well-established client of mine are looking for a Global Head of Salesforce to take ownership of the Salesforce platform. This is a rare opportunity with a chance for you to implement your experience and help successful achieve the overall vision that the company has! The business has been thriving for the past 5 years, working on multiple tech for good projects and looking to expand further their tech department in the next year or so.

The role:

• Accountable for the Groups CRM vision and strategy
• Continual development of all team members ensuring efficiency is maximised and the platform is being effectively run.
• Analysing market trends and keeping up-to-date with Salesforce Best Practice to ensure that the programme is correctly focused for maximum value (Certifications/Training)
• Creating and maintain business relationships throughout the organisation

The Requirements:

• A proven track record in delivering change on a large scale within Supply services
• Extensive experience with technology application development, architecture and management
• Outstanding communication skills in order to work with a variety of stakeholders as well as driving decisions and changes in direction
• Experience in developing technology strategy and systems design

The salary range for this role is GBP130,000 - GBP140,000 + a bonus scheme and great benefits, up to 10% pension contribution, private healthcare, 30 days holiday and fantastic career opportunities.
