About the role

Here at NFU Mutual, our IT Department of circa 400 employees is committed to modernising all aspects of technology and putting IT at the centre of everything we do. Working together in a collaborative atmosphere, we deliver a variety of IT solutions to support the business and ultimately benefit our customers.

Our IT project team is growing, and we are seeking experienced and dynamic IT project managers to join us to drive and deliver complex IT change across the business in line with time, cost and quality criteria. The projects you work on will be varied across all disciplines, including applications, infrastructure, cyber and business change.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you will lead change from initiation through to closure, creating and owning project plans, proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies and ensuring decisions are made through defined governance.

About you

As well as proven project management experience that includes complex IT change (across the full life cycle), it is important for you to be a self-starter who is tenacious with a logical mindset.

Sharing our passion for driving change and delivering results, you will be the type of individual to take ownership with the ability and confidence to challenge and influence decisions.

Working within a regulated environment means you will need to be comfortable with governance and following process.
