Job Details

A Sales Director is required to help drive the growth of their EMEA business. Working closely with the Global VP Sales, you will be responsible for driving performance within your region.

Having achieved some exciting growth over the last 3 years, this new role has been created to give specific focus on the EMEA region and continue the growth.

Description

As the Sales Director you will:

  • Manage the forecast, achieving growth, and exceeding annual sales targets
  • Identify, coach, and develop a new business development team to support growth and achieve targets
  • Drive growth within both new and existing regions
  • Setting and executing the strategy within EMEA
  • Track changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor products
  • Support the design and implementation of first-class products into the marketplace, by feeding back the customer's needs and expectations
  • Identify and respond to all opportunities in a timely and efficient manner and work with internal stakeholders to win the business
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders

Profile

As the Sales Director, you will:

  • Have demonstrable experience in managing, coaching and leading a new business development team, ideally having had some experience driving performance through managers too
  • Have an IT technology solution background, ideally around SAAS
  • Be able to demonstrate high growth performance within your teams YOY
  • Have experience leading an international based team, preferably Europe or EMEA
  • Be commercially astute and accurate/confident in providing forecasts/budgets to the leadership team
  • Ideally have some formal training, such as SPIN, MEDIC, etc
  • Preferably have a 2nd European language, alongside English
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and presenting skills, comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders at various levels
  • Happy to work in their London office weekly (hybrid working) and travel internationally to visit team members, clients, etc

Job Offer

Up to £110,000 Basic Salary + Double OTE + Benefits (inc share scheme)
