SaaS Operations Director Reigate/WFH to GBP160k

Global InsurTech business is seeking an experienced SaaS Operations Director to take on a high-profile role.

As the SaaS Operations Director you will collaborate with senior product, sales, development, and support leaders to support the negotiation of complex, bespoke SaaS agreements with a prestigious client base.

The role sits between the commercial sales and product functions and requires a good technical understanding of Enterprise SaaS IT Operations to facilitate the effective costing, delivery and support of large-scale and frequently bespoke or customised SaaS offerings.

You'll have critical input into all commercial agreements related to SaaS across a range of product teams as well as agreeing Service Delivery SLAs and ensuring the internal teams are able to deliver on them. You'll utilise your technical knowledge and understanding to ensure any changes or trade-offs are costed, delivered and supported effectively as well as having ultimate line management responsibility for the service delivery and service management teams.

This is a Director level role that will require you to hit the ground running, with the support of the Head of Technical Operations.

WFH Policy:

You'll join colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week with flexibility to work from home the other three days.

Requirements:

• You have experience in a similar SaaS Operations position, with a strong technical understanding
• You have a good understanding of commercial software license agreements
• You have a strong understanding of how Service Delivery and Service Management work successfully
• You're a natural leader, able to achieve buy-in with both the business and technical teams
