Job Details

This Execution Planner role executes the supply plan, maximising customer satisfaction at the lowest cost. The role works closely with Logistics and Customer Supply Teams, along with 3rd Party partners to ensure seamless supply of product Inc. homegrown and imported product.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced role consistently looking at moving targets and dynamically managing the impact of change.

Description

As Execution Planner, you will:

  • Complete the product setup process for new products
  • Understand the impacts of setup and the wider business requirements
  • Own and populate the branch plant setup process for internal site setup
  • Maintain imported product master data
  • Own imported product schedule and coordinate execution activities
  • Co-ordination of production activities related to external production
  • Execute short term decision making and actions around bulk supply within the network
  • Co-ordinate with Customer Service team to ensure issues around the execution of the bagged plan to customer order are resolved
  • Be able to deputise for the Planning and Materials Inventory Manager and the Inventory Scheduler
  • Achieving a product availability target of 99.5%
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders and collaboration with supporting functions e.g. Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain

Profile

  • Knowledge of production, materials & inventory planning, replenishment & control, logistics and imports
  • High degree of capability in business ERP systems alongside Excel
  • A working knowledge of the fundamentals of S&OP/IBP
  • Experience working in FMCG/food sector manufacturing and within an imported produce environment (advantageous)
  • High level of credibility to effectively communicate changes to the plan and influence others throughout the supply chain
  • Demonstrate diligence and determination in delivering required outcomes

Job Offer

The successful candidate for this Execution Planner role will be offered up to £55,000 plus pension and holidays.
