Compensation and Rewards analyst - London / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient & effective delivery of key HR specialist data projects (e.g. reward and recognition, gender reporting, salary, performance, benefits, HR software integration)
  • Maintenance of high quality and complete people data across all systems for accurate reporting and analytics.
  • Develop accurate and timely people reports and metrics across the employee life cycle from multiple data sources towards key projects, eg. Compensation, Rewards, annual HR audits.
  • Support the Compensation Working Group aim in providing data analysis to increase awareness, understanding and appreciation of the value of the total reward package that consists of base pay, benefits, work/life balance programs, recognition, performance management/career development, and additional benefits through training and development of support material.
  • Provide input and data cleanse for the payroll system upgrade/configuration.
  • Provide input and data cleanse for the payroll system upgrade/configuration.
  • Act as UK HR Data Representative providing ongoing support for the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) system, ensuring data accuracy between EDM & Benefits System, Payroll and Finance Systems and providing data for system updates.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to the UK Board on requested demographics.

Key skills and competencies

  • Excellent understanding of HR process, systems (ADP, DARWIN, EDM an advantage) and practice.
  • Experience working with Compensation and Rewards data and profiling.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Understanding of HR function and systems and ability to manage within a SLA framework.
  • Highly accurate and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proven planning and organising skills.
  • Able to react quickly and is flexible to changing environments.

Salary Range up to £55k + Package & Company Benefits.
