Working with the Partners and leading senior members of the business, the successful Change Operations Manager candidate will work with aspiring and professional Partners to drive the operational effectiveness of the organisation to deliver an ambitious 5-year growth plan.

The Operations Manager will be pivotal in leading and guiding the operational development of the organisation as well as managing and directing all existing/planned activities.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working with the Partners to help develop the organisation's effectiveness in existing and new service lines
  • Implement and coordinate all policies, procedures and controls to support the efficient running of the organisations across Marketing, HR and IT
  • Monitoring, managing and supporting the Partners to deliver internal efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Take ownership and leadership of the organisation's operational functions on a daily basis and be a strategic business partner to the Partners
  • Prepare analysis, reports and suggestions to the Partners on enhancing business operations to meet future growth
  • Work in an agile and appropriately paced manner to support the daily operations and support the broader strategic objectives of the business
  • Be able to constructively challenge Partners and colleagues at all levels in a professional and collaborative manner

    They will have a broad skill set to be an effective Operations Manager across the organisation and be able to lead Marketing, HR and IT functions to improve operational effectiveness.
