Role: Director of Marketing and Communications
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: GBP65,000 - GBP70,000 plus + flexi hours and remote working
Role type: 12 month maternity cover
We are working with a charity that offers free, confidential support to people in England and Scotland who have issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health. The company are looking for an experienced Marketing professional to come in and take the reins
They have 80 local services in England and Scotland, delivering services face to face, online, in the community, in schools and in prisons. Founded over 50 years ago, there aim is to make sure everyone is able to access free and confidential support without judgement. Currently supporting more than 100,000 people a year, however they want to massively increase this, and this is where you come in.
You will lead the organisation's marketing and communications activities to support the organisation's wider goals, ensuring that their reputation in the media and with the wider public is enhanced in line with the strategy. This role will join the Marketing and Communications department, an innovative and extremely talented team of people
As part of the Senior Leadership team, you will help to translate the UK Marketing and Communications strategy into effective operational plans which will enable them to help more people get better. They are looking for someone who can embed the newly formed Marketing and Communications Directorate and position it at the heart of the organisation, role modelling an infrastructure that delivers a strong leadership culture for the team.
