ServiceNow Business Analyst/Process Consultant required for a permanent role working with a major financial services business to be based in either Manchester or London.

The successful candidate will have previously been involved in large-scale ServiceNow projects, and have a strong background in business consultancy, leading requirements gathering workshops and with the ability to advise on solutions using the ServiceNow suite.

In this role, you would be responsible for delivering ITSM best practices, running user workshops, and engaging with stakeholders. Previous experience process definition, documentation creation, and requirements gathering is a must, as is proven experience of being able to challenge, guide, and influence customers when necessary.

The successful applicant will be engaging, hardworking, and versatile; with a willingness to push themselves in a challenging and rewarding environment. The working culture is great, with a big focus placed on collaboration and knowledge-sharing, so this is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most recognisable brands in the UK working on one of the most complex ServiceNow projects.
