SF are working with a £100m turnover, multi site manufacturing business to source a commercially aware and leadership savvy Chief Financial Officer.

As CFO and right hand to the CEO you will lead on the derivation and driving of strategy but also when required be more hands on around financial, management and statutory reporting.

In addition to having a duty to The Board to manage risk and performance within the business, you will also be the first port of call for the business owners and other external stakeholders.

Ideally you will have previously been the CFO of an investor backed or privately owned business in the manufacturing space - previous exit / transaction experience would be great but not a prerequisite.

In addition to a generous package, there could be the opportunity to lead on a sale process in the future which would have some form of financial upside
