Head of Engineering - Financial Services - London - £110 - 120k + Benefits and Bonuses
A market-leading financial services company are looking to hire a Head of Engineering to work closely with the Head of Platform Services and Head of Operations as a team lead (current team of 7-8 engineers) focusing on technical project deliveries. This hire will manage the platform engineering team who will cover level 3 support but predominately engineering projects. The engineers are already well established and experienced but require management to prioritise work, take responsibility for what the team deliver and report to senior stakeholders for incident management (as well as developing people and upskilling the team).
This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model based out of Central London (3 days a week in the office)

- Engineering background within the Financial Services industry (preferably Capital Markets)
- Windows or Linux infrastructure experience
- Experience leading or managing infrastructure projects
- Strong people management skills
