Senior-level Management Consulting (Consumer products sector) role with a leading consulting firm, who are looking for an experienced and hands-on consulting professional with subject matter expertise in the Consumer sector (FMCG/Consumer Products)

My client is a leading consulting firm with an unrivaled reputation for delivering ground-breaking solutions to the most complex Operational Performance Improvement, Operating Model Design/Transformation, and Cost Reduction assignments. They work with Top Tier clients across the Consumer space and are undergoing substantial growth across their FMCG/Consumer Products specialism, including Food & Beverage, Durable Goods, and Speciality Consumer items.

Through this expansion, they are looking for a seasoned, Senior-level Management Consultant who has hands-on experience in working with major Consumer clients, leading projects across the following functional areas:-

• Operational Improvement/Transformation
• Change Management & Performance Improvement
• Cost Reduction
• Post-Merger Integration, Separation, Carve-out
• Procurement and Supply Chain optimisation
• Organisational Transformation
• Target Operating Model Design and Implementation
• Product Development

This experience will have been gained with a leading Consulting firm and will ideally be supplemented with industry experience gained with a major consumer goods firm.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage complex projects effectively as well as developing strong relationships with senior C-level stakeholders.

Results-driven, you will have exceptional communication and commercial skills, with the ability to help develop and grow the proposition via business development activities, for which you will have a proven track record.
