RESPONSIBILITIES

As a technical director, your role and responsibility is to lead the product and development teams while taking care of all use of technology and applications throughout the organization.
This means that you are responsible for managing

the output of your product and development teams,
the integration and synchronisation of crucial systems in the company (such as CRM and Datawarehouse),
the compliance to the highest information- and data-security standards,
as well as the servers and uptime of the system.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills and experience in leading and managing tech and product teams.
Helping to further develop not only our applications but also to continuously improve the working processes of the team and its individuals.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in delivering high quality products and services and will be able to demonstrate their ability to take care of all aspects of technology within an organisation.

The technical director is a critical role within and as such, the ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with all departments within the organisation and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
