This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Finance Director to support a rapid growth AIM listed business. The ideal candidate will have worked in both plc and fast growth entrepreneurial environments. After a period of multiple acquisitions there is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to streamline ways of working through improving processes and procedures. A large part of the role will also be in rightsizing the finance team, ensuring the right skills are in the right place. Because of the requirements to line manage and hire people this role will be inside IR35. Experience of integrating finance of acquisitions will also be hugely valuable.
