An opportunity to join an industry leading insurance specialist during a pivotal time in their journey.

They are going through their biggest ever IT project transition as they migrate from their existing server to a cloud based technology and the Change Manager will be responsible for the company wide adjustments.

It is essential that this Change Manager understands the impacts of these changes and is able to work closely with internal stakehodlers to optimise the adoption of the new technology.

About the role:
  • Report directly to the COO
  • Work closely with other Project Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Manager business change deliverable
  • Analyse and understand the impact of the change initiatives
  • Identify and manage the business change deliverables
  • Define the project road map
  • Design the training program
  • Understand existing processes and how they will be impacted by the change initiatives
  • Risk analysis
  • Occasional travel may be required
Experience
  • Previous experience managing similar business change projects
  • A comprehensive understanding of Change Management and how it affects individuals
  • Understanding of Change Management principles and methodologies
  • Experience providing detailed status reports to management teams
  • Empathy
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
