Head of Finance - Herts/Cambridgeshire

Salary:- GBP65k-80k + Bens

Location:- Accessible to Ware in Herts or Cambridgeshire. Travel required around offices occasionally. Some Flexible working but mainly office based.

Environment:- Technology Sector, ACA Certified/ACCA Certified, CIMA Certified, Sage, MS Dynamics, ERP, Man Management, Hands on approach, VAT, M&A, Billing, AP, AR, Private Equity, Financial Monthly and Annual results, Excel Reporting.

My client, a leading technology based service provider is looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Head of Finance to join their busy expanding team.

We are looking for a strong team player who can lead and participate through this period of growth, driving through changes and transition.

Any experiences on MS Dynamics Central or ERP systems would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities include:-

Smooth running of the finance function

Drive and development the finance function through fast paced growth

Day to day Managing of Billing, AR and AP Functions

Assisting the CFO to maintain strong relationships to external partner organisations and working on Board Pack and other presentations

Fully responsible for driving process improvements across all areas of Finance

Responsible for the year end audit files and schedules for the auditors.

Preparing financial statements
