A bit about who we are recruiting for:

Mallory Partners are working with the global leader in Real Estate Safety equipment space. This OEM is headquartered with manufacturing facilities in the Midlands (UK), they export globally to some 70 countries as well as helping UK public & private sector clients meet their safety requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

The aim of the position is to target and deliver new opportunities to grow the safety equipment sales business. Product sales are also enhanced through training, maintenance and service revenue streams being maximised. The existing portfolio of customers is extensive with further growth opportunities from existing accounts as well as new. The customer base is broad and varied from SME to multi-office corporate and public sector customers.

The UK Sales Manager will lead the regionally based field team, while looking to enhance sales processes, ways of working and client engagement.

 

What we’ll be looking for:

You’ll be an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader, having led a small to medium sized field based sales team with a track record of improving revenue generation and the processes that support the effectiveness of a sales team.

Other areas we’ll be keen to see in your experience:

  • Technical knowledge of building and real estate safety equipment and supporting regulations. A proven sales record achieved from both new logo sales and repeat business from existing accounts. Sales Team leadership with a track record of developing sales teams and motivating them to outperform expectations. Sales analysis and reporting, including planning, forecasting and pipeline management. Collaborative working with Marketing in generating and building upon qualified sales leads. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders internally to ensure sales success and satisfied customers. Experience of leading on and supporting team members with compiling quotes, bid responses and completing complex site surveys.

With this being a national (UK) role; travel and where appropriate overnight stays will be required.
