Description
The Senior OD Consultant will work collaboratively with colleagues in the OD, People and wider organisation to deliver a blend of strategic and operational activities associated with the delivery of the people strategy. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide Organisational Development consultancy and expertise, and working in collaboration with others, identify the issues, design, deliver and evaluate innovative interventions that support the delivery of the strategic aims and objectives.
- Lead and/or contribute to key projects and/or workstreams that achieve the people strategies and objectives, ensuring that the organisation's vision and values are embedded through all activity.
- Support cultural and behavioural change throughout the organisation and support local area leadership teams to develop a values-led, inclusive, and high performance culture.
- Identify development needs and actively lead and contribute to the creation of OD development plans that provide effective solutions to develop current and potential capability, in particular leadership and management development.
- Line management of an OD Consultant.
Profile
The Senior OD Consultant will need to be/have:
- A wealth of experience of designing and delivering both strategic and operational OD, cultural and behavioural change, leadership and management development, learning and development initiatives and activities, which lead to the delivery of sustainable change, and which develop the capacity and capability within an organisation.
- The ability to lead and influence people at all levels of a complex organisation.
- An experienced line manager with the ability to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, the successful leadership and development of a team, and the experience of working collaboratively with others in the wider organisation.
- Able to influence and persuade a range of audiences to effect sustained culture change.
- The ability to produce, interpret and report on data to identify impact and areas of focus, and enjoy finding creative and evidence-based solutions to emerging issues.
Job Offer
- A salary of £45-51,000 depending on experience
