Job Details

Based in London, our client has 10 employees in the UK and growing. This role will be the first supply chain role & lead the sourcing, supplier relationship management and planning. They have an inclusive culture and give all employees autonomy to succeed. This role will lead all aspects of the supply chain function, initially focusing on sourcing materials and supplier relationship management.

This role offers hybrid working (London office)

Our client is a fast growing FMCG business (non food) who have launched a fantastic consumer healthcare product that will revolutionise the industry.

Based in London, our client has 10 employees in the UK, but growing rapidly. This role will be the first supply chain role and lead the sourcing, supplier relationship management and planning. They have an inclusive culture and give all employees autonomy to succeed.

Description

  • Leading the procurement and sourcing of all materials, products and services.
  • Developing key relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiating with suppliers but not compromising on quality of products.
  • Working closely with third party manufacturing.

Profile

  • 6 + years in FMCG procurement
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Very strong communication skills
  • The ability to work cross functionally with a range of stakeholders
  • An outgoing, fun and proactive personality.
