In this newly created Head of Product and Propositions role, you will support this business in bringing new products to market.

My client is a technology led B2B solution company with offices near Worthing in Sussex.

Description

As the Head of Product and Propositions you will:

  • Assess new markets for opportunities and carry out rapid evaluation of the likelihood of success in each market
  • Define the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences
  • Establish strategies for product pricing and positioning
  • Work with the wider team to develop product launches and marketing campaigns, including creation of content such as case studies, website copy and blog posts
  • Communicate the company vision and value of new products to the Business Development team and help them develop tools that facilitate the sales process
  • Conduct competitor research to learn more about customers' needs and how the company can disrupt the market
  • Perform profit analysis and forecasting to develop or improve product marketing strategies.

Profile

The successful Head of Product and Propositions will have:

  • Proven experience within a similar product and propositions role
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience of creating product development and marketing strategies, understanding the product life-cycle
  • The ability to analyse complex data to identify market trends and customers' behaviour

Job Offer

£70,000 - £80,000 (DOE).

Hybrid working - must be able to commute to Sussex at least once a week initially, as well as having the ability to visit offices throughout the South.
