Combined with new investment, their plans centre on the development and commissioning of new manufacturing and distribution facilities.

The business has distinct and well developed plans to replicate their success internationally.

The Role

The new Head of Engineering will report to the CEO and will be responsible for realising the design, procurement, build, commissioning and continuous improvement of the new process production facilities in the UK.

Knowledge, experience & skills:

As engineering expert you will take full responsibility for building a world class engineering function to deliver this programme and be provided the tools, resources and support to make that happen.

• Educated to degree level (preferably Masters) in a relevant engineering discipline – ideally Chemical, Mechanical or Process disciplines
• A qualification in Lean Manufacturing or similar equivalent qualifications combined with experience of CI tools and techniques
• Experience of managing the delivery of large scale complex process manufacturing facilities
• Demonstrable experience of leading an engineering function with a proven track record in strategic engineering leadership
