Company & Opportunity 

Our client is a highly successful privately owned law firm in Exeter that has been around for many years. This successful firm is multi service and has fantastic relationships with families and HNW’s throughout the wider region. The business is looking to invest in an experienced private client solicitor for a position that offers a fast track to Partnership. The company has a very positive culture, has open communication lines and is not Partner heavy. The opportunity represents a wonderful chance for someone to progress with notable autonomy in a thriving environment which provides flexible working     

Experience & Qualities Needed

  • Your experience could be a broad mix of private client work or a specialism within it – a decent amount of PQE within private client work is needed
  • STEP membership is preferable but not a must have
  • Networks in the South-West would be a nice to have but again not a must as there is a caseload of work for this person
  • Strong people skills are needed, someone that is confident and capable with clients and visible to colleagues with excellent communication
  • This will suit someone who either wants to join a firm where there is an excellent caseload of work to do OR an individual that yes is happy to pick up client work which the practice has but also aspires to very quickly become a Partner
