About Our Client

Phoenix Community Housing is a not-for-profit, resident-led housing association based in South East London.

Created in 2007 as a large-scale voluntary transfer from Lewisham Council, we own and manage 7,800 homes in the wards of Bellingham, Whitefoot, Downham and Grove Park.

We are a community gateway housing association and resident leadership is core to our ethos. Phoenix residents form the largest group on our Board and the Chair and Vice-Chair are residents. We are currently rated G1 V1 by the Social Housing Regulator.

We have a national reputation as one of the most innovative social landlords when it comes to resident involvement and community empowerment. Our vision is that "Together we are building a stronger future for our Phoenix community"
We are committed to providing homes and services which meet our residents' needs now and in the future. Our services go above and beyond standard housing management and we work hard to provide safe, affordable well-maintained homes. We have a land-led development programme, building new homes of quality and sustainable design which benefit and enhance the existing community.
