They are currently looking for an experienced Head of Product to join them permanently. This role is based in the London office (once a week in the office), and it's paying up-to £130k.

About the role:

* Help grow and nurture the Product Management team by creating a culture of trust, agility, innovation, mentoring and coaching the team you create autonomously.

* Establish clear, aligned goals and direction; provide candid feedback and coaching to maximise team competency, support career management and development of direct reports.

* Work alongside the VP Product, define the outcome from introduction of best in class Product Management practices, hiring and training the team under your purview.

Must have:

* Architecture experience is essential.

* B2B SAAS/Enterprise SAAS - Essential.

* Demonstrable leadership & line management experience in product roles.

* Technical Product management background.
