You will be responsible for leading and inspire a top tier software engineering team and be at the forefront of their transformational products. Role & Responsibilities: • Software Development background in .NET and experience in managing technology functions of over 50+ staff.• Experience in designing and building web applications, implementing and deploying cloud native applications.• Extensive in designing and developing timely technological solutions to meet client's needs, able to adapt and think on your feet.• Experience in establishing and operating large scale frameworks and working practices for software development, product and QA teams.• Any experience in AI, Machine Learning would be a bonus.Role Requirements:• Be in charge of the development, design and maintain a high standard of delivery of products that provide added value to customers.• Take control of technical leadership, you will work closely with the senior management team to help complete and deliver goals.• You will be responsible for the systems architecture and the stability of all the products using best practices.• As a CTO you will have a leader mentality. You will manage and motivate the Software engineering team, to ensure that all tasks are met to the highest standard.• You will be passionate, driven and have a strong attitude towards development.• You will improve the business products and implement new ideas that will help grow the business and the team around you.
