Working within the Anti Financial Crime area of a large Investment Bank, we seek a Lead UI Engineer that is technically hands on to work on large streams of work in this area. This is an opportunity to work across 8 sub divisions building a brand new UI that will support all areas of Anti Financial Crime.

The role:

You will work on initiatives set by the business stakeholders, carry out visual analysis and building a brand new single UI to support all sub domains of the Anti-Financial Crime space.

The area has had heavy investment and you will work with 5-8 product teams (UI/UX designers) to build this brand new single UI - continuously making enhancements etc.

You will be building on a well-known Platform that supports good creativity, whilst working with high level in-house built frameworks.

You will be technically hands on with experience carrying out micro Front End work as well as having relevant engineering management experience. There is scope here for progression to Director level seniority for the right person.

Essential Requirements:

Strong JS Angular experience - this will be tested in the interview process

Good experience with related technologies such as TypeScript, NGRX and ideally some experience with React would be advantageous

Server Side development experience, ideally with Java

You must be hands on technically but also be able to manage the engineering program.

Micro Front End experience is also essential as well as someone who has relevant framework testing experience.
