Job Details
An AIM listed digital technology company based in the heart of London are currently looking for their next Group Financial Controller. The successful applicant will develop and manage systems to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company’s finances.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, including multi-currency group consolidations
- Recommend changes that will improve the company’s financial performance
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts
- Support the financial integration of newly acquired businesses into the group
- Provide commercial support to the business
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Previous technology industry experience ideal
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and multi-currency reporting
- Experience with M&A ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage ideal
