Head of Data Platforms - GBP75,000-GBP90,000 per annum

We are looking for a passionate, driven, data leader to support our ambitions as well as managing our existing roadmaps and capabilities. Responsibilities will include line management, internal processes, data architecture and providing leadership and guidance to team members. This is a growing area, so the role will also support Data strategy & roadmap definition; organisational structure & recruitment; and be an advocate for data culture & best practices across our department and business teams. The role is suitable for candidates looking to build their experience on global programs, with a strong delivery driven, organisational mindset.

The successful candidate will

• Provide technical expertise for technical strategy & platform changes
• Work with leadership stakeholders to define & update technology strategies for your platforms & communicate this within TTC Tech & the wider business* Work with the Head of Architecture on Solutions/Data Architecture & defining architectural principals for your area
• Gain a strong understanding of the business environment today as well as long-term strategies to ensure our technology platforms are fit for purpose and future-proofed
• Be a key member of the Architecture Working Group to assess the viability of new solution proposals & guide teams to build relevant and scalable solutions
• Document and define solution designs for large or complex projects

Knowledge of multi-country Data regulations & compliance (GDPR, CCPA etc) is essential and experience within a global program supporting digital or data transformation is desirable. Experience with Informatica, Snowflake or AWS platforms an advantage but not required.

The role is hybrid/remote with an office base in Central London.
