Our client:
University of California Trust (UK) was established in 1999 and is an international affiliate of the University of California. The Trust helps its campus partners and ten other campuses of the University of California engage with their alums and fundraise in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe.
The role:
We are seeking a leader with strengths in Business Development, Operations, Marketing and Board Level reporting. The Executive Director will be the most senior person in Europe, working closely with the campuses internationally.
Requirements:
The Trust is ambitious, and we seek an individual who will lead our growth by growing and nurturing partnerships and increasing philanthropy, grants, and contract revenue.
In addition, you will lead a small team managing everything that is required to run this office, including reporting accounts, HR and working with partners such as the Charities Aid Foundation. Therefore, you will be able to demonstrate:
- A passion for education
- Fundraising and/or business development and marketing
- Operations
- Good governance is gained from experience working with Charities.
- Leadership and people skills
- Numerical and used to rigorous reporting to Board Level.
