A global manufacturing leader in critical safety equipment are currently looking for a Interim head of Security. This is a 3 month contract, indside IR35 and is Hybrid role with offices based around the U.K.

The Role -

The Interim head of security will be working on:

• Developing the security strategy, anticipating complex issues, challenges and opportunities, ensuring it is successfully communicated, implemented and meets business needs
• Provides authoritative specialist advice to the IT and wider business leadership team to guide the implementation of and maximise functionality of security
• Communicates the roadmap for change and renewal and its relationship to the clients mission, vision and values; clarifies the actions needed to implement that roadmap; motivates people to commit to these actions and to doing extraordinary things to achieve the business goals

You -

The ideal candidate will have -

• Experience in GRC, Audit, NIST and Cyber essientials
• Have worked with third party strategy and third party SOX
• Has experience of working with outsourced vendors to achieve the security strategy
• Experience in leading and motivating a team to meet deadlines across the business
• Someone who anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders
