An opportunity has arisen for a UK Operations Director to join an international culinary restaurant group. The group is a pioneer in Lifestyle Dining with 25 leading-edge venues spanning Hong Kong, London, Beijing, New York, Miami and Dubai. Each restaurant offers high quality contemporary cuisine in a design-led environment with attentive but approachable service.

As the Operations Director you will be looking after 4 restaurants and around 200 staff. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the 4 restaurants daily operations, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be delegating tasks and responsibilities to the members of your team so effective leadership is a crucial skill for this position.
