Senior Operations Director - EMEA

Parkinson Lee Executive Search are the retained partners to Fragomen, a leading global Immigration Law Firm, in the appointment of a Senior Operations Director - EMEA who will be based out of the firms second UK Office in Sheffield.

The Senior Operations Director - EMEA is a critical role to drive the Firm's strategic imperative of Operational Excellence. The EMEA Operations team has a pivotal role to drive operational efficiency, consistency, standardisation, and enhanced service excellence across the region.
In this senior role, you will:

*Drive an operational excellence framework to ensure the efficient delivery of the Firm's goals and client service
*Lead technology solutions and harness those capabilities consistently
*Develop an in-depth understanding of all available platforms
*Seek opportunities to further leverage technological enhancements.
*Build strong engagements with key stakeholders
*Analyse, challenge and make recommendations to introduce innovative practices to achieve common goals
*Be a thought leader who can visualise the change and drive fresh solutions to existing operating models

*A highly motivated and organised experienced professional who is comfortable working at both a strategic and a hands-on level
*A dynamic individual who can direct all stages of achieving operational excellence; from conceptualisation and strategy development and design, to overseeing and orchestrating the implementation and execution of the solutions
*Extensive cross-jurisdictional change and project management experience, identifying and implementing operational improvements in a complex environment
*Strong understanding of technology systems, as well as best practice service delivery models so that you can advise on improvements to streamline and improve our business processes
*The ability to inspire confidence in senior level stakeholders and have the determination, agility, and flexibility to meet challenging goals
*An excellent communicator who has a proven track record in leadership including navigating complexity, ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities
*Ability to leverage your expertise in Lean/6 Sigma methodologies to establish a culture of continual improvement
