IDPP are working with their client based in Stevenage to resource for a strong IT Trainer on an inside IR35 contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a training strategy, design and create the training materials and deliver the training on new healthcare systems. Alongside these duties, the IT Trainer will also manage a small team of trainers and applications and configuration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Trainer who enjoys creating training plans and training materials as well as managing a small team.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience of delivering software training to end users (healthcare/medical background desirable but not essential)
• Proven experience writing training materials and documentation
• Ability to work independently and able to use initiative whilst also being able to work within guidelines and as part of a team
• Strong rapport building skills and able to liaise with stakeholders to understand the training needs
• Experience with Adobe Captivate is beneficial
• Understanding of a variety of IT Training and Development methods
• Ability to manage a small team of IT Trainers and application and configuration teams
