My client a Global Solutions System Integrator is looking for a Manufacturing/CMT Sales Director/Hunter in the IT manufacturing Domain

Job Description and responsibilities:

• Net New Sales Hunter
• With MFG (Discreet Industry/Process Industry/Automotive/Heavy Industry) experience. CMT Sales experience will be desirable
• Understands Europe Market (UK/Germany preferred, Nordics is desirable) and the MFG/CMT Industry
• He/She should have sold services (not Product or Licences) ERP, Cloud, Digital
• Should have sold deals of the size $3-5m in the last 3 years to companies >$3Bn revenues
• Should have sound knowledge of Lead generation
• Should have extensive experience of working with offshore workforce.
• Has been working with CxO layer and can provide CxO references, when asked
• Should be a good learner who can be immediately productive in short term
• Can bring in 3 new logos in their Geography of operation.
• 10-12 years experience person.
• You should be Individual contributor
• Should have the knowledge of Social media mining and tools for NN Sales
• Should be able to communicate and articulate Value propositions
• Should be able to build sellable commercial models and equipped with consulting sale

Ideally based in the UK or Germany with some Remote work and travel within Europe will be required.

German language skills an advantage although not essential.
