I'm currently working with a leading Manufacturing client who are looking for an experienced HR Manager for their site in Cheltenham.
As the HR Manager, you will be supporting the Engineering leadership team in this large, multi-functional site in Cheltenham. You will be the first point of contact for employees & managers and provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
You will be the first point of contact for people leaders and their employees (circa 500). Supporting the leadership team you will partner with them to define and implement people solutions and processes to effectively utilise resources and improve organisational capabilities.
You will coach and upskill leaders, helping them to build employee engagement and resolve employee concerns rapidly. You will support the functional Managers to develop and grow their employees and where necessary manage performance, absence and conduct concerns.
As the HR Manager you will have a broad generalist HR background ideally gained within a professional engineering or technical organisation. Experience of working in a fast paced, demanding role working to tight deadlines.
Proven great communication skills, engaging with all levels of an organisation.
