From a lightbulb moment at uni to a platform used by thousandsA super exciting moment for these lot

As they head into their sixth year of existence, they're looking for a Tech Lead to join to help drive and mature their MVP.

This is probably one of the strongest opportunities in Bristol right now.

Even though you'll join as a Tech Lead, there's massive scope for you to move into a CTO role for them in the future as they grow.

Their product is sat within the PropTech sector where they've built a cracking, super sleek, super user-friendly platform for renters and property managers. They've gone international with the product now and seem to be winning some very exciting clients so it's busy busy busy.

As their Tech Lead, you'll be expected to hold the fort for all things tech.

You'll be overseeing all the technical aspects of development, championing best practices, ensuring the team are aligned with the goals of the company as well as dipping your toe into the odd bit of code.

Speaking of code... They're harnessing technologies such as Angular 8, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS.

We'll welcome someone who has/is...

Added value across strategic decisions within a start-up environment
Solid JavaScript skills ideally with Angular but that isn't a deal breaker!
Able to delegate workload, champion best practices and basically ensure people within the team feel appreciated and engaged
Be involved in the hiring/interviewing of new employees into the business
Worked in a company who are a little fluid (start-up = last min changes)
Growth. Mindset. You'll be working alongside some genuinely great people who have spent the last 5 years working their bums off to get this product to where it is - and won awards for it. They understand what it takes to make a start-up a success so you'll be in a super energetic and thriving environment.

Even though they work hard, they play hard too.

You'll definitely find them having a few drinks after work on a Friday, having team lunches when they can, and doing team days out too.

If you're a Senior/Lead Engineer who's at a point in your career looking for that extra responsibility, looking to add that extra value then this will be the place for you.

Benefits include - shares, 30 days holiday, additional unpaid leave and more
