Reed Leadership Finance have been engaged by a Private Equity backed consultancy firm based in London.
Our client are seeking an accomplished (CFO) Chief Financial Officer with experience within high growth people focused businesses. You will become a pivotal part of their management team, that goal is to scale the revenue over the next 3-5 years to £50m before an exit event.
Your responsibilities shall include:
- Building 1st class finance function, bringing in house a presently outsourced function. Ensuring robust financial reporting processes and outputs are fit to support the business in scaling
- Excellent exposure to cash management, and ensuring robust forecasting
- Managing the relationships with the external debt providers including covenant reporting and compliance.
- Operations - overseeing Legal, IT, HR, etc
- Supporting fee earners with pricing, and rate cards etc to improve margins
- Taking lead on and DD for prospective acquisitions
To be considered for this position you shall be:
- An ACA qualified having trained within a top 50 audit firm
- A strong proven leader, with an excellent understanding of working in people driven environments
- Proven experience with growth businesses, having taken a business historically to an exit process over a 3-5 year period
- Have worked with Professional Services/Management Consultancy/Fee Earning environments
- MUST have experience within either an Investor backed/Private Equity backed business
