The Solutions Architect produces, guides, and governs the solution designs implemented by projects within the Digital Delivery Hub. The individual will also be involved in evaluating and advising on the architectural aspects and implications of systems such as Drupal CMS, Salesforce CRM, and analytics/business intelligence.

Solution Architect - Digital systems - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Determine and document suitable Solution Architectures for the Digital and CRM Roadmaps.
• Work with internal and 3rd party project teams throughout the lifecycle to provide continuity of architectural governance from inception through design, build, test, piloting, migration and implementation.
• Work with other internal and 3rd party architects to ensure solutions are reviewed, fit for purpose, and delivered in a cost-appropriate way maximising.
• Collaborate with the Global Digital Marketing Teams to ensure that the roadmaps and solutions are aligned with Global Principles and Standards and that their architecture is fit for the purpose.
• Collaborate with the Architects from the other business areas (Front Office: Customer Connect, BI and Data, Infrastructure) to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with respect to cross-portfolio projects and initiatives.
• Participating in the global architecture community, including contributing to releases of the overall architecture
• Ensure all solutions comply with the organisation's Security and Data policies.

Skills / Experiences:

• Solution Architecture experience gained from working in large enterprise environments regionally or globally.
• Work in multiple roles at all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong Software and systems architecture & design.
• Business Process / Analysis and Data modelling.
• Experience working as part of Agile teams.
• Web application architecture and the LAMP stack
• Drupal CMS
• Application Integration (Web Services, REST Services,..)
• Integration platforms (e.g Boomi, Mulesoft)
• Data Integration (API based)
• Experience with architecting solutions for AWS or Azure
• Experience with PaaS services in either AWS or Azure
