Your new role
The Head of Enterprise Architecture will help manage the EA practice and set the vision for the organisation, aligning it with the wider business strategy. You will lead Architecture Reviews and Change Management across the enterprise and define policies, standards and guidelines related with architectural decisions. They are seeking people with a proven track record of helping, medium to large organisations define, build, exploit and directly benefit from new technologies. You will define, own, and manage the realisation of the Digital and Technology Solutions Strategy, through the coordination and orchestration of multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed

. Experience in establishing an Enterprise Architecture Operating model - covering Business Architecture, Capability Mapping and benefits realisation.
. A background in digital technologies in areas like API, integration, microservices, cloud, big data, analytics, security, and full stack.
. Experience in the UK financial services or wealth management industry.
. The ability to deliver technology and digital transformations with an Enterprise Architecture perspective.
. Running and facilitating architecture governance across various transformation programmes.
. Engineering or computer science Bachelors degree.
. Cloud and/or EA certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, FEA.
